All commercial businesses are required to comply with the rules of ADA. New commercial buildings are designed with handicap accessible features built-in.

The available options for adding accessibility to an existing, non-compliant building are pretty much the same as the permanent options for a residence. The main difference is that the commercial building MUST comply with ADA.
